Cornerstone Capital sends text messages about your inquiry and related insurance services. Messages may include replies to your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up on coverage options you asked about, and information about insurance services we offer. Messages and calls may be sent using automated technology.
You opt in by checking the optional consent box for calls and texts on a form on our Site and submitting the form with your mobile number. Every form on the Site, the general coverage review form and the form on each coverage page, shows the same consent wording and the same box. The box is unchecked by default. We keep a record of the wording you were shown and when you submitted the form.
You do not have to agree to receive text messages or calls in order to request information, apply for coverage or buy any product. You can submit a request without checking the consent box.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further text messages unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not by itself change your email preferences.

Text messaging is available on most major US wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not assured.
You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are 18 or older. If you change or give up your number, please tell us so we can update our records.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We use messaging service providers to deliver messages on our behalf. We keep a record of your consent, including the consent text and its version, the date and time, the page address and your browser user agent, and we may record your IP address. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or medical records by text message.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "updated" date shown on this page. Changes do not expand the consent you gave without your agreement.
